Lot Information

The lots in the Lake Striker Shoreline Subdivision are owned by the lake authority and leased to individuals. The yearly lease fee for waterfront lots is $200.00. The yearly lease fee for off water lots is $100.00.

The lot leases are not a 99 year lease. They are a year to year lease that renews for another year when you pay your lease fee.

After closing please mail a copy of the deed, a check for $100.00 per lot being sold (lease transfer fee) payable to ANCWCID#1 and a Payment of $24.00 per lease being transferred. This check should be made payable to the appropriate County Clerk's office. The Rusk County Clerk will not accept personal checks, only Money Orders.
